Before Seredyn, I used to take Valerian root but I had to take a lot of it to work mildly and then it would me me really sleepy instead of just relaxed.

program and have always battled public speaking anxiety attacks before a presentation. Found out about SEREDYN on the internet and gave it a try.
I have used SEREDYN prior to 4 meetings now and was amazed at the results. My heart rate typically increases at a rapid pace just prior to beginning
my speech which affects both my confidence and causes my voice to tremble. These attacks typically last for about 3 minutes into the start of every speech.
I wanted to test this product out for several meetings prior to providing feedback. But after taking this product before 4 meetings now
